• Rush Rates. While every attempt is made to conform to advertised delivery times, at times of increased workload or maintenance, delivery times may be extended. For shorter than normal delivery a surcharge
  may be incurred depending on laboratory work load.
• 30 day Accounts are available to volume clients and are strictly 30 days. Payment after this may result
  in a review of the account and voids any discount which may apply. All costs incurred in the process of
  debt recovery will be payable by the debtor.
• Print sizes are nominal and may vary slightly
• While every care is taken with client's negatives and originals, our liability for loss or damage is limited
  to replacement with unexposed film. In the case of artwork or originals, liability is limited to $25.00
• Accounts exceeding credit terms may revert to C.O.D.
