Description
Ilford SFX 200 is a medium speed black & white film with extended red sensitivity which makes it the perfect choice for infra-red style images.
- Film Speed: ISO 200/24° nominal sensitivity.
- Infrared & Filter Response: Renders blue skies nearly black and green vegetation white when paired with deep red, orange, or yellow filters (deep red yields the most dramatic contrast).
- Standard Processing: Can be loaded in subdued light and developed using normal black-and-white film chemistry (such as Ilford ID-11, Microphen, or Ilfotec)
- Versatility: Functions as a high-contrast standard monochrome film when shot without special filters.
